Chris FonziFounder and Principal
Chris is founder and principal of LOGIC. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and the UF School of Law. He has performed environmental assessments and provided consulting services in more than 20 states during the past 27 years. He is regarded for his sage leadership, fine singing voice, and disdain of cats.

Ellen HolbertSenior Environmental Scientist

Ellen HolbertSenior Environmental Scientist
Ellen is the unofficial office plant steward of LOGIC’s Florida Office. She holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Studio Art from Florida State University. Her role at LOGIC includes preparation of Phase I assessments, release notifications, and USDA environmental review. She is also passionate about biking and is a proud bike commuter.

Joel WoodsGeologist

Joel WoodsGeologist
Joel received a B.S. in Geology from Purdue University. He started his career at LOGIC doing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, but has since been commandeered by the Phase II department for his degree and experience as a rock licker. His role includes preparing Phase I and Phase II assessments and assisting in field work. He will tell you he enjoys disc golfing but will mostly be found working on silly hobbies and spending time with friends.

Paul ZoglmanSenior Environmental Scientist

Paul ZoglmanSenior Environmental Scientist
Paul received a B.S. and an M.S. in Management from Purdue University. He minored in International Business, studying French, Italian, German, Spanish and Portuguese along the way. At this point, Paul can ask “Where is the library?” all across Europe. Paul's favorite part of conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments at LOGIC is traveling. The scenery of an old Denny's in rural South Georgia, is unparalleled. When Paul is not traveling for work, he enjoys spending time with friends, playing trivia and catching up on his favorite TV shows.

Brandy LippsVice President

Brandy LippsVice President
Brandy is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s School of Environmental Health Science and has experience in both the laboratory and field investigations. She has been with LOGIC since 2007, performing environmental assessments and specializing in non-petroleum releases and Brownfields. Her dog, Toby, is currently responsible for office security.

Dennis E. BrunnerSenior Professional Geologist

Dennis E. BrunnerSenior Professional Geologist
Dennis Brunner is LOGIC’s Senior Professional Geologist. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a registered geologist in Georgia and Alabama. Primary duties include estimating costs and scheduling for Phase II investigations and management of underground storage tank remediation projects. Dennis is also active in supervising staff in site investigation procedures and environmental sampling techniques.

Harris received a B.S. in Environmental Science from Lehigh University in 2020. He joined LOGIC in 2021 as a Phase I Environmental Scientist and Excel programming wizard. In his spare time his hobbies include water polo, metalworking, and playing videogames.

Lindsay PattersonSenior Environmental Engineer

Lindsay PattersonSenior Environmental Engineer
Lindsay received her B.Eng. in Environmental Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2013. Lindsay joined the Logic team in 2017 to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. She has since taken on the task of helping property owners navigate the world of Storm Water Management, which - if you think about it - kind of makes her like one of the X-Men. Lindsay is known around the office as Raven, due to her love of cosplaying Raven from Teen Titans. (But mostly because Chris hasn't stopped calling her that since she mentioned it in her interview.) In her free time, Lindsay can be found working on more cosplays, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and planning her next long-weekend getaway.

Carlos HidalgoSenior Environmental Scientist

Carlos HidalgoSenior Environmental Scientist
Carlos began with LOGIC as an Environmental Assessor in 2007. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Masters Degree from Florida State University. He performs environmental assessments and field technical services. Outside of LOGIC, Carlos is an artist and also an adjunct art professor at Georgia State University.

Rebecca DanielsDirector of Ecological Services

Rebecca DanielsDirector of Ecological Services
Rebecca received a B.Sc. in Wildlife Ecology from Auburn University in 2014. Since joining LOGIC in 2016, she has continued her education in the areas of wetland ecology and environmental policy. She specializes in National Environmental Policy Act compliance, mainly relating to the environmental review of construction projects seeking USDA funding. Off the clock, Rebecca likes to dye her hair weird colors, sing to her dog & two cats.

Ciara Seabolt Geologist

Ciara Seabolt Geologist
Ciara Seabolt joined Logic as a Geologist in 2018. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Geology. At Logic, Ciara performs soil and groundwater sampling, as well as other related fieldwork. She loves exploring the outdoors and is very happy to have a job where she can work outside enjoying the 20 different seasons that Mother Nature seems to bestow upon us each year.

Jenny SchildeckerDirector of Geologic Services

Jenny SchildeckerDirector of Geologic Services
Jenny is a graduate of the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where she earned a B.Sc. in Geoscience with French. She has been at LOGIC since 2011, apart from a gap in the middle where she sailed a sailboat to the Caribbean. This was mainly to visit the French islands and eat all of the croissants. Jenny manages the Geologic Services Department, including scheduling, writing proposals and estimates, supervising staff, and working on corrective action projects and reports.

Faith AlewineOffice Manager

Our office staff is led by the office manager, Faith Alewine. She handles all the fine details in accounting and making the company run smoothly. When she is not juggling the 200 daily tasks she needs to do at work she is at home with her husband and two boys and four cats.

Laura BradshawDirector of Assessment Services

Laura BradshawDirector of Assessment Services
Laura has a Bachelors degree in History from Georgia State University. She started at LOGIC in 2013 and prepares assessments, release notifications, project proposals and oversees staff training. Her hobbies include cooking various foods from around the world and crochet. She also enjoys publicly shaming Carlos.

Meredith StarksEnvironmental Scientist

Meredith StarksEnvironmental Scientist
Meredith received a BS in Environmental Science and a BA in Biology from Emory University, as well as a Master’s degree in Environmental Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory. She joined the LOGIC team in 2021 and has since worked primarily on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. In her limited spare time, Meredith is an avid singer, kickboxer, tattoo enthusiast, and nature lover.
